Some sources, like YouTube and Telegram, do not come with a language label. This can result in the retrieval of irrelevant messages because some terms are common in several languages.
In order to reduce noise, our Machine Learning (ML) model detects 170 different languages. This makes it possible to see all messages in your search language. Simply click on the 'More' button on the top left of the case.
Click on 'Show messages in unknown language' and change to 'Hide messages in unknown language'. Save the new setting.
