To exchange locations, building blocks, or account lists between different Case Monitors, or to save them somewhere else, you can export and import from within the Monitor Library.
After entering the Library, there is a 'More' button on every section of the library. Choose the right section, either locations, building blocks, or account lists, and look for the 3 dots indicating the 'More' button.
Exporting items
To export, click the ‘More’ button and select the 'Export' option. Next, select one or more Library items, click on 'Export', and the files will download as a zipped file to your computer.
Importing items
To import one or multiple Library items, click on ‘More’ and select the 'Import' option. You can select the zip file or the separate account list files from your computer and import them.
Make sure that you import the Library items into the correct section of the Library. Location files can only be imported into the Location section of the library, and the same goes for Building blocks and Account lists.
