When you see a blank screen you can try the following to resolve this:
- Go to app.publicsonar.com/logout and then log in again.
- Seeing a blank screen may have to do with the (outdated) version of the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, ...) that you use. To resolve this you can update your browser to the latest version.
- Try a different available browser.
- Log in via the incognito mode of your browser
- Try to clear the cache/cookies of your browser
- Clear the cache/cookies of the website
- Select the keylock in the URL bar
- Go to Cookies and site data
- Delete the items
- Log in to Maltego Monitor again
