By default, messages from all sources in a case are shown, provided that the settings were made to enable these sources. You can also zoom in on specific sources.
Select sources
To filter messages from one specific source, select ‘Sources’. Tick the sources whose messages should be shown in the message feed and press 'Save'. Or, use the 'Reset' button to go back to monitoring all sources.
