Behind each Search and Filter is a number indicating how many messages were collected based on that Search or Filter.

Editing a search or a filter

If you move your mouse over the search, you will see 2 icons appearing to the right of the search:

  • A pencil to change the search
  • A trash can to delete the search

You can customize existing searches and filters:

  1. Click on the pencil behind the search. Then the search bar opens with the search
  2. Adjust the search
  3. Press 'Enter' or the 'Save' button to confirm the customized search

By clicking on the trash can behind a search or filter you can delete it.

How do searches and filters interact?

Searches don't interact with other Searches. In Boolean language, this is called an OR combination. This means that Search A is not matched against Search B, etc.
