Investigating an Email Address/Phone Number/Alias

This workflow helps you start with an email address, phone number, or alias to get social media profiles or breaches associated with these starting points. To start, follow the steps below:

1. Add Email Address, Phone Number, or Alias Entity to the graph.
2. Rename the Entity.
3. Run Search Online Profiles Transform.
4. Run Search in Breaches Transform.

Results May Include:

• Breach Records: Each result represents a breach event where the email was exposed. Includes metadata such as breach source, date, and type of data leaked.
• Usernames: Associated usernames found in breach datasets linked to the email. Useful for pivoting to social media or alias investigations.
• Passwords: Plaintext or hashed passwords exposed in breaches. Can be used to identify reused credentials or pivot to other accounts.
• Phone Numbers: Mobile or landline numbers tied to the email in breach records. Enables further investigation of the phone numbers.
• Other PII (Personal Identifiers): May include names, addresses, birthdates, or other sensitive data.

Investigating a Person

This workflow helps you start with a person’s name to get breaches or social media profiles on the platform of your choice (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok, Weibo, X, Youtube) and get comments, posts, and followers from their accounts. To start, follow the steps below:

1. Add the Person Entity to the graph.
2. Rename the Entity.

Depending on the social media platform you would like to explore, right-click on the Entity and run one of the following Transforms:

For Instagram

1. Search Profiles on Instagram.
2. From resulting Instagram Profile Entities, you can run the following Transforms:
   1. Get Feed Messages for posts, stories, and highlights of the profile.
   2. Get Interaction Messages for posts where the profile was tagged.
   3. Get Followers for public followers.
   4. Get Following.

For Facebook

1. Search User Profiles on Facebook.
2. From resulting Instagram Profile Entities, you can run the following Transforms:
   1. Get Feed Messages for posts and photos in the feed.
   2. Get Followers for public followers.
   3. Get Following 
   4. Get Friends
