1. You understand that using any software, especially pre-release software, involves risk and agree that Dark River Systems Inc. is not liable for damage (for example, data loss) that occurs as a result of your participation in this program
2. You agree not to disclose product information made available through this testing program to parties other than Dark River Systems Inc., and those who are also bound by this agreement
3. You agree that your membership in this program requires you to provide product feedback and bug reports (if you run into bugs), and that you may be removed from the program if you fail to provide feedback
4. You can leave or be removed from this program at any time
a. to leave, email "support@hunch.ly" with the subject line "END EARLY ACCESS TESTING"
b. Dark River Systems Inc. may remove you from the program at any time, for any reason, and may not notify you
c. When your participation in the program ends, your access to pre-release software granted through the program will end
d. When your participation in the program ends, you will stop receiving communications related to the program
e. You remain bound to term 2 after your participation in the program ends
5. At your request, we will make a good faith effort to remove from our systems the email address you send us when you sign up for this program
a. We may be limited in our ability to do this based on the law and other agreements that bind you or Dark River Systems Inc.
b. Program feedback and bug reports you submit as part of your participation in the program will not be deleted when you leave the program, but at your request may be edited to remove your name and/or email address
c. If you submitted other data as part of your participation in the program that you would like removed (such as case data), Dark River Systems Inc. will make a good-faith effort to accommodate you
i. To request removal, you must email "support@hunch.ly" with specific details of the data you wish to have deleted
ii. Dark River Systems Inc. reserves the right to deny deletion requests except where bound by other agreements or by law
6. Dark River Systems Inc. does not tolerate abusive communication, and your relationship with Dark River Systems Inc. may be terminated at any time at the discretion of Dark River Systems Inc.
a. This includes but is not limited to revocation of access to Dark River Systems Inc. products such as Hunchly 2 subscriptions
i. For a subscription license, you will be refunded at least the pro-rated amount remaining of your paid subscription
b. This includes but is not limited to blocked communications through services such as telephone, email, or Twitter
