Hunchly Chrome extension cannot connect to Dashboard

Clean out old versions of Hunchly

1. Download and run the Hunchly Cleaner tool: www.hunch.ly/tools/hunchlycleaner.exe
   1. This tool is also included with Hunchly; you can find it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Hunchly 2\hunchlycleaner.exe
2. Open the Start menu

3. Open "Add or remove programs"

   

4. Remove all Hunchly installations
5. Download and install the latest version of Hunchly from www.hunch.ly/downloads

Linux

Use a non-snap installer for browser

The Linux snap installer creates containerized applications, which prevents Hunchly from communicating with the browser. Install your browser using a different installation method, such as downloading the .deb file and using dpkg.
