The full feature is exclusively available for users on the Organization Plan. CE, Basic, and Professional plan users have access to a limited version of credit usage logs.
The Credit Usage Logs feature in Maltego Admin provides transparency and control over credit consumption across your organization. Admins can monitor and optimize credit allocation, ensuring efficient usage of Maltego’s features.

Accessing Credit Usage Logs
To begin using the Credit Usage Logs feature, navigate to the Credits section in the left-hand panel of your Maltego Admin Portal. The visibility of credit logs depends on the user's role:
- Organization Admins have full access to credit usage data for all members.
- Investigators can view only their own credit usage.
If you are a CE user, you are considered the Admin of your own organization.
Key Features
1. Overview Tab
The Overview Tab provides a summary of:
- The names and roles of all organization members (Organization Admins and Investigators).
- The number of credits each member has used and has available.
- Credit limit settings for individual users.
2. Usage Details Tab
Users on the Organization Plan have access to the Usage Details Tab, which includes:
- The specific Maltego product used (Maltego Graph, Maltego Search, etc.).
- Timestamps for credit transactions.
- The Transforms executed and their execution status (Completed or Failed).
- The number of credits consumed per Transform run.
Admins can use this information to track how credits are utilized and adjust allocations accordingly.
3. Advanced Filtering
The Usage Details Tab includes advanced filtering options to refine credit usage tracking:
- By User – View credit consumption per individual in the organization.
- By Product – Filter by Maltego Graph, Maltego Search, or other Maltego products.
- By Date Range – Analyze usage over a specific period.
