Are you are a Maltego Community Edition (CE) user who would like to switch to a commercial plan?
Or, are you a commercial plan user wanting to switch to Maltego CE?
Regardless of which applies to you, below are the basic steps you can take to switch your Maltego Plan through the in-Client License Manager.
Note: To switch your Maltego Plan using a License Key, please refer to Initial Activation using a License Key where you will find detailed guidelines for both Online and Offline activation using a License Key.
Steps to switch Maltego Plans using your Maltego ID
1. Open your Maltego Graph (Desktop) Client.
2. Select the License Manager option - either from the Applications Menu directly, or by clicking on the number of remaining days under the close button.
3. Click the Switch Maltego Plan button.
4. Select activation of your new Plan through logging in using Maltego ID.
You will be prompted to proceed through online activation.
5. After accepting Maltego's Terms & Conditions. Click Next.
6. In the following window, click Browser Login.
7. You will be directed to your default Browser. Proceed to sign into your Maltego ID account for authentication.
8. Enter your Maltego ID credentials, and click SIGN IN.
9. Upon successful login, select your Organisation from the list in the browser window.
Authentication is now complete! You can close your browser window and return to your Maltego Graph (Desktop) application.
Click Finish.
Your Maltego Plan has now been successfully activated in line with the Maltego ID associated Organization you have selected.
