To access user's settings and enable/disable Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), click on the relevant user's avatar on the top right corner.
You will be redirected to the Settings page with the following information:
- Email: Cannot be updated
- Change Password: Users can update their password
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
- A QR code is visible to scan via the Authenticator app.
- Upon authentication, a user will be asked to enter the verification code from the Authenticator app
- After confirmation, the MFA for the user's account will be enabled.
- If for some reason the QR code is unscannable, the user can use the Authenticator app Secret to enable the MFA.
- Simply copy the secret and add it on the Authenticator app.
- Generate Recovery Codes: In case of lost access to the Authenticator app, users can generate recovery codes which can be saved and used in that scenario
- Click on the generate recovery codes option and save those codes.
