As a part of our continuous maintenance endeavors, we have released new server updates for the iTDS and CTAS. You will need to update your servers to ensure that your server license certificate continues to and Desktop clients are able to connect to on-premise servers.
If this update does not take place before the beginning of May, your servers will stop working.
What to do:
You need to update or re-install you servers. The update process for your server and it's certificate* is detailed in the attached documents below. You can download this for your usage and circulation.
*Where to find your server certificates? The email you received will contain your new delivery document which contains the link to your new server license certificates.
Timeline and important dates:
- Jan. 30, 2020: Release of Maltego Desktop 4.2.9 (update recommended)
- Feb. 5, 2020: Release of new server images and server certificates
- May 11, 2020: Deadline to deploy new servers (incl. new license certificate)
